David Morales, Thelma Houston, Taana Gardner and Lady Alma are part of the first wave of artists for this year’s Chosen Few Picnic and House Music Festival, held Saturday July 6 2019 in Jackson Park on the Southside of Chicago.
Now in its 29th year, the Picnic is helmed by Chicago’s legendary Chosen Few DJ Crew, founded in 1977 by Wayne Williams and has added DJs Alan King, Andre Hatchett, Jesse Saunders, Tony Hatchett, Terry Hunter and Mike Dunn over the subsequent decades.
David Morales, Thelma Houston, Taana Gardner and Lady Alma will all be making their Chosen Few Picnic debuts in 2019.
